Dr. Laura Valle is a board-certified nurse midwife, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), and sexual health specialist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. As the founder of Willow Women’s Health, she combines her expertise in hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options with a holistic approach, empowering women to thrive during this transformative stage of life. With advanced training in menopause and sexual health, Dr. Valle understands the complex and individual nature of hormonal health. She works closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that address symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disturbances, mood changes, sexual health concerns, and overall well-being. Dr. Valle is passionate about increasing awareness and access to high-quality care, both in her clinical practice and through her second venture, Menopause Facts, which provides educational resources to women and healthcare professionals alike. Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Valle enjoys yoga, international travel, and exploring new cuisines. She believes in a whole-person approach to health and wellness and strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment for every patient she serves.
